"Upon verification, it was confirmed that he was a member of the NTT Regional Police. To be certain, we cross-checked the data with the Human Resources Department of the NTT Regional Police," Patar explained.

Has Molested a 6 Year Old Child

In this case, Fajar ordered a 6-year-old child who was then molested at a hotel in Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). So far, one victim has been identified. Information is circulating that there are three children who are victims.

"For the victim, it is clear that there is only one person with the initials I. That was molestation," said Patar.

Patar explained that Fajar molested I at a hotel in Kupang City, on Tuesday (11/6/2024) night. He ordered I from a teenage girl with the initials F (15). F then took I to a hotel in Kupang City. Fajar was waiting at the hotel and then the molestation took place.

"At that time, F received a reward of IDR 3 million from AKBP F (Fajar)," explained Patar.

Dipatsus at the National Police Headquarters

Fajar is now receiving a special placement sanction (patsus) at the National Police Headquarters (Mabes). He was placed on special placement for molesting a minor.

"Yes, he has been undergoing special placement (patsus) at the National Police Headquarters since the end of February 2025," said Patar. Patar explained that the former East Sumba Police Chief was questioned by the Propam Division (Bidpropam) of the NTT Regional Police on Thursday (20/2/2025), regarding a case of sexual violence against a minor in Kupang City. Furthermore, Fajar was taken to the National Police Headquarters on Monday (24/2/2025) to undergo further examination.
